Ernesto's is a Basque-inspired restaurant located on East Broadway in Manhattan. It aims to bring the flavors and culture of the Basque region of Spain to New York City. The restaurant offers a mix of traditional Basque pintxos, tapas, and modern dishes, using both local ingredients and authentic Spanish imports. It was created to evoke the atmosphere of casual dining found in Spain's northern regions, where food and conviviality are central. We have a close relationship with many Spanairds living in NYC and we pride ourselves on being a restaurant where they can indulge in a taste of home.
