HUMO is Singapore's first Spanish izakaya, on Keong Saik Road. Chefs Carolina García Santamaría and Jordi Jou — both with Michelin-starred backgrounds — pair the tapas culture of Spain with Japanese ingredients and techniques, a style they call "Sol Nami".
