La Caja de Música

La Caja de Música is a Spanish restaurant founded in 2011 in Taiwan by two Castilian-Leonese chefs: Luis Miguel Hernando Sahagún (Valladolid) and Ramsés del Cura Nogal (Burgos). The restaurant is located in the centrl commercial area of Taipei and decarated with musical instruments which reflects the passion of the owner for live Music. The menu offers 100% autentic Spanish  dishes, most traditional style with some new creation recipes. The project was born with the aim of promoting Spanish gastronomy and culture, combining culinary offerings with musical and artistic events.
