Lunya is independent, staff-owned, and genuinely obsessed with Catalan and Spanish food culture. Not just the dishes — the whole thing. The producers, the regions, the rituals, the wine, the jamón carved fresh from the bone. We’ve been at it since 2010 and we’re still finding new reasons to love it.
