Established in 2019 by chef Óscar Bosch, the restaurant Nit Bar de Tapas was born with the aim of disseminating the tapeo, one of the most authentic Spanish customs. That same year they obtained the "Best of the Year" award, from the Folha Guida, from the Folha SP newspaper, that recognized them as the best bar to eat in São Paulo. In 2020, they won the Bib Gourmand of the Michelín Guide.
