Pintxø

Pintxo is a restaurant whose mission is to promote Spanish gastronomy and culture through a contemporary pintxos in Italy.

The decoration of the restaurant reflects Spanish identity, as it is inspired by the bars of northern Spain and features Spanish wines and vermouths, traditional ceramics, porrones, vintage siphons, artwork by Spanish artists, original typographic prints from Madrid, and a collection of Tapas magazines. The Pintxo logo represents Spain, as it depicts a stylised olive on a skewer, inspired by the iconic Spanish gilda pintxo.

The style of cooking at Pintxo is based on Spanish tradition, using recipes inspired by Basque and Spanish gastronomy, combined with contemporary interpretations and high-quality Spanish products.

The restaurant appears in various local publications and guides, as well as on digital platforms. 

The restaurant concept and its dishes can be explained by the owners, Jason, the Bar Manager, and other members of staff, all of whom receive ongoing training in Spanish gastronomy and culture.
