Kontopoulos (who has been working in Spain) has given Mediterranean-European character to his creations, with options that combine high quality of raw materials, subtle technique & stylish presentation. many of the materials are worked in a Spanish charcoal oven, which makes fire & smoke a main protagonist. Mr. Kontopoulos is now focusing is now focusing on an multi-leveled cuisine based on senses, memories and contemporary tendencies.
