Alla opened the restaurant as the first authentic Spanish tapas bar in the San Fernando Valley. After traveling to Spain, overcome with inspiration, the decision for her was set in stone-- bring Tapas back with her. After 8 years, Vino has become a staple for authentic and traditional Spanish Tapas as well as a modern hub for wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike. Ms. Volk still owns the restaurant to this day.
