Pickled Sticks

Preparation

Make the banderillas simply by using a cocktail-stick to join together one gherkin, one piece of green pepper, an olive, one piece of red pepper and one onion. With these quantities you can make 2 sticks for each person.

Presentation

For an alternative presentation, use longer wooden sticks instead of cocktail-sticks.
