The 11th edition of Copa Jerez Forum will take place on June 2, 2025, in the city of Jerez de la Frontera in Teatro Villamarta
On June 2 takes place the first part of Copa Jerez, the Forum. A day dedicated to analysis and experience, placing wine at the center of the debate. The perfect opportunity for sommeliers, restaurateurs, chefs and wine lovers to travel to the Marco de Jerez, expand their knowledge with renowned professionals and discover, along with great local experts, the latest trends in sherry oenology. This activity is part of the Spain Food Nation Campaign, an initiative of ICEX Spain Trade and Investment and MAPA, the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
Sessions will feature speakers such as Chefs Xanty Elías or Carme Ruscalleda among others, covering a wide range of topics related to gastronomy, wine innovation, and the cultural relevance of Jerez in contemporary cuisine.
In parallel, Copa Jerez will offer immersive experiences, including winery visits, tasting sessions, and networking events, allowing attendees to explore the full richness of the Jerez region and its winemaking legacy.
