SPAIN FUSION TEXAS 2024

Discover the height of Spanish cuisine with renowned chefs and experts, along with a curated selection of the finest products.

On October 15 at Hotel JW Marriott Arts District in Dallas and October 18 at Hotel Emma in San Antonio, Texas will host two exceptional culinary events. Spain Fusion offers a dynamic platform focused on Spanish cuisine, with the goal of highlighting and promoting Spanish culinary excellence in the United States. It is organised by Foods and Wines from Spain, through the Economic and Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Los Angeles, and Alimentos de España.

Held in a unique setting, the events provide a full day of exciting tastings and seminars in both cities, including masterclasses on various Spanish culinary products and their preparation methods.

The Masters of Wine Fernando Mora and a Representative of the Seattle Culinary Academy, Varin Keoktivon, along with other experts on Spanish gastronomic products, will be among those taking part.

We discover the preparations of Spanish products through the hands of talented master chefs from Lanzarote, Restaurants from Spain and Periko Ortega from Restaurant ReComiendo (Cordoba, Spain).

You can expect a practice-oriented training and exhibition platform where you can discover and taste the products and take part in exciting seminars and masterclasses at the same time.

13:50 – 15:20 hrs. Tasting of Andalusian Extra Virgin Olive Oils & Vinegars: Their Application in the Kitchen. Creams & Cold Soups from the Spanish Recipe Book:
