SPAIN FUSION TOKYO 2024

Experience the pinnacle of Spanish gastronomy with celebrated chefs and experts, alongside a curated selection of the finest products.

On September 11, 2024, the Conrad Hotel in Tokyo will host an extraordinary culinary event. Spain Fusion presents an engaging platform dedicated to Spanish cuisine, aiming to showcase and promote Spanish culinary excellence in Japan. It is organised by Foods and Wines from Spain, through the Economic and Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Japan, and Alimentos de España.

Set in a distinctive venue, this event offers a full day of thrilling tastings and seminars, featuring masterclasses on a variety of Spanish gastronomic products and their preparation techniques.

The Masters of Wine Fernando Mora and Representative of the Japanese Association of Cured Ham, Naoto Watanabe, along with other experts on Spanish gastronomic products, will be among those taking part.

We discover the preparations of Spanish products through the hands of talented master chefs such as ANDONI LUIS ADURIZ (Rest. Mugartiz**, Errentería, Spain), QUIQUE DACOSTA (Rest. Quique Dacosta***, Denia, Spain), JOAN ROCA (Rest. El Celler de Can Roca***, Girona, Spain), PERIKO ORTEGA (Rest. ReComiendo, Córdoba, Spain), and ALFONSO FERNÁNDEZ (Gastronomic Fetishist, Spain).

You can expect a practice-oriented training and exhibition platform where you can discover and taste the products and take part in exciting seminars and masterclasses at the same time.
