On May 20, 2025, The Editon Hotel in Tokyo will host an extraordinary culinary event. Spain Fusion presents an engaging platform dedicated to Spanish cuisine, aiming to showcase and promote Spanish culinary excellence in Japan. This activity is part of the Spain Food Nation campaign, organized by Foods and Wines from Spain and Alimentos de España.
The main topic of this year is SPANISH GASTRONOMY MASTERPIECES: Discovering Spain and its pantry through its great masterpieces, the Spanish Products.
Set in a distinctive venue, this event offers a full day of thrilling tastings and seminars, featuring masterclasses on a variety of Spanish gastronomic products and their preparation techniques.
The Master of Wine Fernando Mora, along with other experts on Spanish gastronomic products, will be among those taking part.
