Discover masterpieces of Spanish gastronomy with renowned chefs and experts as well as an excellent selection of the best products.

On 17 June 2024, the Park Hyatt Hotel in Zürich will be the venue for an unforgettable gastronomic spectacle. Spain Fusion offers an immersive platform for Spanish cuisine with the aim of promoting and communicating the Spanish gastronomic offer in Switzerland.

In a unique setting, we are developing a day dedicated to exciting tastings and seminars with masterclasses on various Spanish gastronomic products and their preparation techniques.

The Master of wine Fernando Mora, cheese specialist Clara Diez, extra virgin olive oil specialist Kerstin Barduhn and other German and Spanish experts on Spanish gastronomic products will be among those taking part.

We discover the preparations of Spanish products through the hands of talented master chefs such as Lucía Freitas (Rest. A Tafona*, Santiago de Compostela, A Coruña), Iván Cerdeño (Rest. Ivan Cerdeño**, Toledo, Spain) and Fran Martínez (Rest. Maralba**, Albacete, Spain) Andreas Kubcah, Master of Wine & Rocío Parra, Restaurante En la Parra, 1* Michelin, Salamanca

You can expect a practice-oriented training and exhibition platform where you can discover and taste the products and take part in exciting seminars and masterclasses at the same time.
