ICEX Spain Trade and Investment presents Salon Du Fromage 2026—an immersive celebration of Spanish gastronomy and culinary excellence, taking place at Parc Des Expositions de la Porte de Varsailles, Hall 7.1
The objective of this event is to promote quality cheeses and products as well as the entire production chain. More than 8,000 professionals in search of innovations and exchanges will come to meet the 290 exhibitors and attend the professional events and competitions that take place during the 3 days of the fair.
