This semi-hard, pale green to yellow in color cheese, has mold present, duly brushed with extra virgin olive oil, with woven impressions on the sides and a floral pattern on the flat surfaces. It has a slightly acidic, smooth and salty flavour, with a pleasant and distinctive aftertaste of Manchega sheep's milk. |
