MEDIEVAL CATALAN "SENT SOVI" COOKBOOK MENU - GAIG

Through a culinary voyage through time, Gaig Restaurant Singapore has designed a unique menu inspired by the Medieval Catalan "Sent Soví" Cookbook.

This menu will be offered on 24 and 25 October at a cost of 118SGD per person and Wine pairing for each dish is available upon request  for 38SGD per person.

Pacific Beverages products (Estrella Galicia, 1906 or Estrella Galicia Gluten Free), Ecolah (Vivaorganique Thyme honey, LC puerros) or Alfa Wines will be used in this menu.
