AMMO is an award-winning contemporary European restaurant located in the compound of the historic Asia Society, presenting exquisite food and ambiance with an inseparable bond between the art of food and nature.
Designed by the renowned Joyce Wang, its cinematic interiors draw inspiration from the noir film Alphaville, blending luxurious copper accents with industrial touches that nod to its military past. The result is a surreal, modern oasis nestled in lush greenery, offering an escape from the city’s hustle.

Manchego Cheese & Crab Meat Croquette (128$) served with Iberico Ham, Paprika Aioli, Quince Jam.

Crema Catalana (98$) served with Citrus Marmalade.
