Try Wood roasted pork belly or chicken with caramelised onions, chanterelle mushrooms and braised spinach, pine nuts and raisins with Diatomists, Oloroso Sherry for a layered, harmonious match where savoury, sweet, and earthy elements are echoed and elevated by the wine’s structure, warmth, and lingering complexity. In addition to this hero pairing, Moro will be matching Arroz de marisco (seafood rice with scallop, cuttlefish, saffron and alioli) with a Bodegas Robles PX fino.
