Guests can savor these offerings as individual tapas-style plates or explore them as part of a suggested pairing menu, with each dish thoughtfully matched to a standout Spanish wine from our list.
1. Chorizo with Vagabond Red Wine Reduction & Cune Rioja Reserva (Vagabond x Cune Collab): Indulge in rich, spicy chorizo glazed with a glossy reduction made from Vagabond’s own red blend, perfectly complemented by the smooth, smoky depth of our bespoke Rioja Reserva. The wine’s oak-aged structure balances the paprika heat and enhances the dish’s savory core.
2. Chorizo with Vagabond Red Wine Reduction & Marañones 2022: Experience the same chorizo, reimagined with a fresher, more expressive Garnacha from DO Vinos de Madrid. Marañones 2022 offers wild berry fruit, herbs, and minerality, providing a contrast that elevates the dish and showcases how a change in wine style can transform the pairing experience.
3. Pil Pil Prawns in White Wine & Garlic Sauce with Exopto Rioja Blanco: Delight in classic Spanish comfort with juicy prawns, garlic, chili, and white wine bubbling in olive oil, served with toasted baguette. Paired with Exopto’s textured white Rioja, the dish truly sings—the wine’s bright acidity and subtle creaminess beautifully complement the sauce.
