On Sunday October 18th, West restaurant at The Twelve Hotel will close the Spanish Wine Week with a great afternoon feast consisting of tapas and paella matched with 6 wines full of character from 5 different regions within Spain to be enjoyed on their new 'al fresco' dining space Nóin!
Take a wine journey through Spain with one of Ireland’s top sommeliers, wine expert Fergus O’Halloran, who will introduce each wine and their region. Paired with Spanish-inspired tapas with the inimitable West treatment created by head chef Martin O’Donnell, each dish will be accompanied by a glass of Spanish wine, 6 different varietals and regions, chosen by Fergus.
