Spanish flavors are pervading Japan as part of the 4th edition of the Spanish Gourmet Fair, which kicked off on April 26th and will run until the end of June. This delicious initiative is being organized at the Prince Hotel Group’s nine hotels in Tokyo and has the support of the Spanish Embassy in Japan.

During the course of the fair, there will be several collaborations with leading chefs from Spain, and an exquisite selection of Spanish food and drink will be served at the restaurants and bars in all nine hotels.

This will include an exclusive 12-course dinner prepared by Santceloni (2 Michelin stars) chef Óscar Velasco at the Prince Park Tower Hotel from May 15th to the 17th. Meanwhile, Jesús Caballero, Executive Chef from the luxurious Maria Cristina Hotel in San Sebastian will offer a dinner event as well, running from June 18th to the 20th at the Prince Gallery Kioicho, which caters primarily to an international audience and offers stunning views of Tokyo.

Another highlight includes a buffet dinner at the Tokyo Prince Hotel’s Porto restaurant, with tapas, paella and other Spanish creations. This option, which is more informal, will be available every day of the fair.

On June 7th and 8th, the café and bar View, at the Tokyo Prince Hotel Tower, will offer an open bar with red, white and sparkling wines from Spain, alongside tapas and a flamenco performance.
