OPEN DAY - DISCOVERY ZONE TOKYO 2026

OPEN DAY TOKYO – Spanish Food & Wine Business Meetings 2026 is a trade event for Japan's food, wine, and beverage professionals interested in Spanish products. Foods and Wines from Spain and the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Japan have hosted it since 2023, as part of the #SpainFoodNation campaign.

The Japanese market has a strong appreciation for and deep knowledge of food, wine, and beverages, evaluating products based on quality, story, and the individuality of their origin and producers.

The event is built around three key pillars: OPEN DAY, DISCOVERY ZONE, MASTERCLASS — aimed at raising awareness, promoting sales, and creating new business opportunities in the Japanese market.

OPEN DAY

35 Japanese importers of Spanish food, wine, and beverages will exhibit, introducing industry professionals to the Spanish food culture behind their products — including their quality, diversity, and individuality — while working to develop and expand new distribution channels in Japan.

DISCOVERY ZONE

15 Spanish companies new to the Japanese market will introduce their food and wine products to Japanese importers and distribution professionals, with the aim of entering the Japanese market.
