On October 17, Hotel Emma in San Antonio (Texas) will host an exceptional culinary event. Spain Fusion presents an engaging platform dedicated to Spanish cuisine, aiming to showcase and promote Spanish culinary excellence in United States.

This activity is part of the Spain Food Nation campaign, organized by Foods and Wines from Spain and Alimentos de España.

The main topic of this year is SPANISH GASTRONOMY MASTERPIECES: Discovering Spain and its pantry through its great masterpieces, the Spanish Products.

Set in a distinctive venue, this event offers a full day of thrilling tastings and seminars, featuring masterclasses on a variety of Spanish gastronomic products and their preparation techniques.

The Master of Wine Fernando Mora, along with other experts on Spanish gastronomic products, will be among those taking part.

We discover the preparations of Spanish products through the hands of talented master chefs such as Juanlu Fernández (Rest. Lú, Cocina y Alma** Jerez de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain), Xosé Torres Cannas (Rest. Pepe Vieira**. Raxó, Pontevedra, Spain), Luis Roger (Rest. BCN* Taste & Tradition. Houston, USA), Varin Keokitvon, chef instructor at Seattle Culinary Academy (USA). the Spanish Master of Wine Fernando Mora and the specialist in extra virgin olive oil and sherry vinegars, Alfonso Fernández (Córdoba, Spain).

You can expect a practice-oriented training and exhibition platform where you can discover and taste the products and take part in exciting seminars and masterclasses at the same time.
