Spain Fusion Zurich 2026 invites you to join us on June 15th, 2026, in Zurich for an exceptional event dedicated to Spanish gastronomy.
Spain Fusion Zurich 2026 is a meeting point for Spanish producers and Swiss importers of Spanish products, distributors, retailers, sommeliers, and restaurateurs.
At the event, you'll have the opportunity to taste a wide range of Spanish delicacies, food and wines and meet Spanish producers looking for partners in Switzerland.
This edition brings together a diverse and high-quality selection of exhibitors showcasing the richness of Spain’s agri-food sector. Visitors will explore an outstanding range of products, from award-winning wines and premium cavas to organic extra virgin olive oils, gourmet vinegars, and artisanal specialties.
The event features renowned wineries from different appellations, alongside producers of Iberian ham, traditional cured meats, and a wide variety of cheeses including Manchego PDO and goat and sheep cheeses. Gourmet innovations such as handcrafted tapas, ready-to-serve delicacies, and unique olive oil-based creations complement the offer.
In addition, international partners and distributors based in Switzerland join the showcase, reinforcing commercial links and providing a platform for new business opportunities.
The event kicks off with the opening of the exhibition area, followed by a welcome session by Alfonso Fernández, Hans Georg Hildebrandt and Luis Marí, leading figures in the gastronomic sector. Throughout the day, attendees will enjoy a dynamic programme of live showcookings by Michelin-starred chefs, such as COCO MONTES (Rest. Pabú*. Madrid), XUNE ANDRADE (Rest. Monte*. San Feliz, Asturias), EDUARD XATRUCH, ORIOL CASTRO & MATEU CASAÑAS (Restaurante Disfrutar*** & #1 World 50 Best. Barcelona) and KIKO MOYA (Rest. L’Escaleta**. Cocentaina, Alicante) featuring tastings and creative interpretations of Spanish products.
Wine lovers can take part in exclusive masterclasses led by FERNANDO MORA and ALMUDENA ALBERCA, Masters of Wine, exploring both outstanding Spanish red and white wines, while experts guide visitors through olive oil landscapes and the rich history of Spanish cuisine.
The agenda also highlights a premium Spanish cheese tasting experience led by CLARA DÍEZ (Formaje. Madrid), rounding off a day designed to showcase the diversity, innovation, and quality of Spain’s food and wine culture.
