TASTE SPAIN DUBLIN 2025

Taste Spain Dublin is a unique opportunity to explore the latest trends in Spanish gourmet food and wines — from wines, premium olive oils, and canned seafood to artisanal breads, specialty coffees, truffle-based products, cured meats, cocktail ingredients, and other regional delicacies.

Organized by the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX), through the Economic and Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Dublin, this exclusive event is designed for food and beverage professionals.

This edition of Taste Spain Dublin will feature two exciting highlights:

• Wine Seminar with DO Rueda: In collaboration with the Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen Rueda, we will host a guided seminar showcasing new wines entering the Irish market. Attendees will gain valuable insights into this emblematic wine region.

• Live Jamón Carving Demonstration: A professional jamón carver will be present at the event, offering live demonstrations and tastings of Spain’s most iconic cured ibérico ham, providing an authentic and immersive gastronomic experience.

The event will bring together Spanish producers seeking representation in the Irish market with local importers, distributors, and buyers. Structured as a showroom, each participating company will have its own table to present and sample products.

Taste Spain Dublin will also be complemented by guided tastings and seminars focused on Spanish specialties, offering a rich and immersive experience that highlights the quality and diversity of Spain’s gastronomic culture.
