Coinciding with the exhibition, in the morning session, Foods and Wines from Spain and Alimentos de España will celebrate the third edition of the Spain Food Nation Summit. The Spain Food Nation Summit 2025 follows the meetings of our Advisory Councils for Spanish Foods and Wines. These councils comprise well-known, leading figures in the wine, food, and gastronomy sectors.

The Summit will include two ‘round table’ discussions with the members of these Councils, who will discuss how to further UK-Spanish relations and explore the potential for further market growth. In addition, John Valentine of RED Communications will present a summary of the conclusions and recommendations from the Restaurants from Spain Advisory Council that he moderated, while a summary of the Beverage and Cocktail Industry report and Advisory Council will be presented.
