FOOD AND DRINK TASTINGS AT SOMMELIER AND HOSPITALITY SCHOOLS 2027

ICEX Spain Trade and Investment, in collaboration with the Spanish Economic and Commercial Offices, organises guided tastings of Spanish food and drink products at sommelier and hospitality schools in selected international markets throughout 2027.

The sessions introduce products already available in the local market to final-year students and teaching staff — tomorrow’s sommeliers, chefs and key influencers in the HORECA sector.

What is included?

The participation fee covers:

• Organisation and coordination of the tasting session.
• Booking of a suitable venue at the participating school.
• Selection and engagement of a specialist to lead the tasting.
• Distribution of the product information materials provided by the importer.
• Photography of the event.

The purchase and shipment of products are not included and remain the responsibility of the importer.
