Spanish companies are gearing up for Gulfood 2019 in Dubai. Scheduled for February 17th to the 21st, the theme this year is “The World of Good. The World of Food.” This major event will be held at the Dubai World Trade Center, and includes all kinds of activities, from the Gulfood Innovation Summit, which will look at innovation, case studies and consumer trends, to the Discover Zone, which will highlight new product releases. Chefs will compete at the Tastes of the World culinary battle, and the Gulfood Innovation Awards will recognize noteworthy brands and products.
