SIAL PARIS 2024

"Salon International de l'Alimentation" (SIAL) is the world´s largest food innovation exhibiton and this year we celebrate it´s 60th anniversary. Taking place from the 19th to the 23rd of October, this will be the 30th edition of SIAL and the 27th time Spanish companies will take part in this event in the Offical Spanish Pavilion.

Spain will, as always, be well represented by its Official Pavilion, organized by ICEX Spain Export and Investment, with the participation of 161 companies.

The majority, 140 exhibitors in Hall 2, reserved for international representations and 21 in Hall 6, dedicated to meat products. The most represented products are: olive oils and olives, pastry, sweets and snacks, tinned food, fresh meat and cooked meats. We also count with a significant presence of companies from Murcia and Aragón regions.

With ANUGA, SIAL remains, post-pandemic, the second event that brings together the supply and demand of food products globally, showcasing major trends in future food and serving as business accelerator for all participants.

This edition promises to be a turning point, both for the SIAL fair and for the industry in general. It will focus on developing businesses with personalized services, personalized offers and new exclusive events based, for the first time, on a central theme - food innovation. As our industry reinvents itself to meet the enormous changes in society, SIAL Paris will put challenges and opportunities in the spotlight

It is expectad that around 7.000 exhibitors from 120 countries will present their products at SIAL 2024 and around 180.000 visitors from more than 100 countries will come to the fair to search for new products.

Thus, SIAL Paris provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your latest products to new markets, as the vast majority of visitors are in search of new products.
