SIAL PARIS 2026

SIAL Paris is one of the world’s leading food innovation exhibitions and a key meeting point for professionals in the global agri-food industry. The next edition will take place from 17 to 21 October 2026 at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre, bringing together thousands of companies and buyers from all over the world.

Spain will once again be strongly represented through its Official Spanish Pavilion, organized by ICEX Spain Trade and Investment, showcasing the quality, diversity and innovation of Spanish food products.

Spanish Exhibitors

The Spanish Pavilion will bring together 168 companies representing the strength and variety of the Spanish agri-food sector. Exhibitors will present a wide range of products, including olive oils and olives, sweets and snacks, canned and preserved foods, meat and processed meat products, as well as other traditional and innovative food specialties.

A variety of organic products, from olive oils, cheese, fruit juices, to pistachio, olives, canned fish and vegetables will be presented at the Spanish Pavilion.

As in previous editions,142 Spanish companies will be located in the halls dedicated to international representations, while a group of 25 exhibitors specializing in meat and meat products will participate in the sector-specific areas of the fair.

SPANISH EXHIBITORS CATALOGUE WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON

The participation of Spanish companies reflects the strong international positioning of Spain’s agri-food industry and the growing interest of international buyers in Spanish products. Several regions of Spain will also be well represented, highlighting the diversity and regional richness of the country’s food sector.

This new edition of SIAL Paris will once again highlight food innovation, sustainability and the transformation of the food industry in response to changing consumer expectations. Through dedicated events, networking opportunities and innovation showcases, the fair will provide valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

It is expected that more than 7,000 exhibitors from over 120 countries will present their products at SIAL Paris, while around 180,000 professional visitors from more than 100 countries will attend the exhibition in search of new products, suppliers and business opportunities.

For Spanish companies, SIAL Paris represents an excellent opportunity to present their latest products, strengthen existing commercial relationships and explore new international markets, as the vast majority of visitors attend the fair specifically looking for new products and innovative food solutions.
