SPANISH EXTRAVAGANZA ASIA TOUR 2019 - SINGAPORE

The 2019 Asian Tour of Spanish Gourmet Extravaganza by Foods and Wines from Spain will start next november. The tour covers South Korea, Taiwan and Singapore and is based on three of the most prestigious hotels in each country.

In Seoul, Taipei and Singapore, a gastronomic festival will be held. Attendees will be able to sample a wide variety of flavors from Spain and enjoy an exhibition featuring foods, wines and spirits. Spain's finest flavors will invade Asia, and culinary masters will be on hand to share their "exemplary knowledge, trademark styles and unique recipes" for both guests and locals. This includes sipping selected wines, savoring delicious paella and tapas, or sampling a menu organized by Michelin-starred chefs.

Gastronomic Festival Calendar

- SEOUL - Four Seasons Hotel  November 7 to 10

- TAIPEI - Shangri-La's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel November 14 to 17

- SINGAPORE CITY Capella Hotel November 14 to 17

In parallel with the festival, a professional fair will be held in each city. This event is aimed at trade professionals, who will have the chance to taste a wide selection of gourmet and artisan foods, wines and spirits from Spain exhibited by top companies from Spain.

Professional trade fair events:

- Product display and tasting

- Tapas made with the exhibited products

- Wine tasting seminars

- Foods from Spain seminar

- Networking dinner (by invitation only)

The professional fairs will be celebrated in the same hotels of the gastronomic festival and will take place on: 

- November 11 in Seoul

- November 13 in Taipei

- November 15 in Singapore.
