Wines produced are young white, young white aged under veil (velo de flor) , white with oxidative ageing and sweet white. Ageing must be done through the traditional Criaderas and Soleras system.
Grapes approved are Baladí Verdejo, Calagraño, Jaén Blanco, Moscatel de Alejandría, Palomino Fino, Palomino, Pedro Ximénez, Airén, Torrontés and Verdejo.
Maximum crop: 10,000 kg/ha
