This VdT covers all the island of Menorca.

The red Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon wines are the island's most typical. They are bright cherry-coloured wines with a predominance of red fruit and spicy aromas. As for its white wines highlight the single-grape varieties made with Malvasia grapes from the Albufera del Grau Natural Park. They are bright, pale yellow wines with an abundant aroma characterized by a predominance of herbaceous fragrances (recently cut grass) and flowers (white flowers)
