Wines produced are white, rosé and red; semi-sparkling wines; sparkling wines; liquor winess; and wines from overipen grapes.

White grapes approved:  Airén, Albillo Real, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Macabeo or Viura, Malvar, Malvasía Aromática, Marisancho (or Pardillo), Merseguera, Moscatel de Grano Menudo, Moscatel de Alejandría, Parellada, Pedro Ximénez, Riesling, Sauvignon blanc, Torrontés, Verdejo, Verdoncho and Viognier.

Red grapes approved: Bobal, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Coloraillo, Forcallat tinta, Garnacha, Garnacha tintorera, Graciano, Malbec, Mazuela, Mencía, Merlot, Monastrell, Moravia agria, Moravia dulce (or Crujidera), Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir, Prieto Picudo, Rojal, Syrah, Tempranillo (or Cencibel), Tinto de la pámpana blanca and Tinto Velasco (or Frasco).
