Speciality and Fine Food Fair 2025

The Speciality and Fine Food Fair is the ideal platform for promoting fine foods to a specialist audience. Taking place annually at Olympia London, the Fair is a hub of inspiration for the artisan food & drink world and is a fantastic opportunity to hear and learn from top retail specialists, industry disruptors and entrepreneurs.

Hundreds of fine food & drink suppliers, from the big names in the industry to your small local producers, exhibit at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair, along with innovative start-up businesses that are tipped to be the next market disruptors.

Over 10,000+ members of the artisan food & drink sector attend the show every year - representatives from high-end multiples and creative independent retailers, farm shop and delicatessen owners, boutique and premium foodservice and hospitality buyers, and wholesalers and distributors who are searching for the best quality and gourmet producers.

ICEX Spain Trade and Investment (ICEX) and the Ministry of Agriculture (MAPA), are setting up a gastronomic area, as part of the #SpainFoodNation campaign, within the Spanish group stand organised by FIAB (the Spanish Food and Drink Federation) at the forthcoming Speciality and Fine Food Fair, which runs from 9th to 10th September.

The area will be used for tastings of Spanish products and educational sessions for visitors to the show: ‘Spanish Aperitivo’, with chef Omar Allibhoy presenting products from Spanish exhibitors at the show and a tasting of the winners of the ‘Cheese from Spain’ Awards.

Also, two importers of Spanish products will join us during both days of the fair, Brindisa and Ultracomida, showcasing the best of their portfolio in the UK: cheeses, tinned fish, charcuterie, and much more.
