#SpainFoodNation Summit Mexico 2026 will be held at the Ex-Convent of San Hipólito on Wednesday, May 13 (9:00–10:30), bringing together key players from the food and beverage sector to highlight the quality of Spanish food and wines, strengthen their presence in Mexico, and promote Spanish gastronomy.
#SpainFoodNation Summit Mexico 2026, in its first edition, will introduce the recently created Food and Beverage Advisory Council, composed of experts from the food, wine, and gastronomy sectors, to exchange knowledge and experiences that may be useful for the market entry strategy of Spanish food, wines, and beverages in the Mexican market. The Summit will feature a roundtable with members of the Advisory Council, focused on identifying key trends and exploring growth opportunities in the Mexican food and beverage market. In addition, a summary of the report “Opportunities for Spanish food and beverage products in the Mexican market” will be presented, highlighting its main conclusions and strategic insights.
After the Summit, participants will be invited to attend Spain Fusion 2026, which will be held at the Ex-Convent of San Hipólito, in Mexico City. This renowned gastronomic congress, together with the exhibition of Spanish wines and food, will offer a unique opportunity to discover and enjoy the richness and diversity of Spain’s gastronomic offering, with the participation of both Spanish and Mexican companies.
