The Summit, organized by Foods & Wine from Spain, through the Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Mexico, and Alimentos de España aims to strengthen Spain’s presence in one of its key markets in Latin America. In 2025, Mexico imported €613 million worth of Spanish agri-food and fisheries products, with growing demand for items such as olive oil, wine, cheese, Iberian ham, olives, and seafood.
It will take place on May 13 at the Ex Convento de San Hipólito, where a market study will be presented and sector opportunities will be discussed. This will be followed by Spain Fusion, featuring Michelin-starred chefs and a showcase of companies, wineries, and importers. This initiative is part of the joint efforts of ICEX Spain Trade and Investment and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
