OPEN DAY TOKYO – SPECIAL EDITION WITH SPAIN FUSION JAPAN 2025

Open Day Tokyo – Special Edition with Spain Fusion Japan is one of the most relevant professional events for Spanish food and beverage sector in Japan. The fair will be organized by ICEX Spain Trade and Investment, Alimentos de España and the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Tokyo, in collaboration with Vocento Gastronomía.

This exclusive event is intended to reinforce the presence of Spanish products already available on the Japanese market, while supporting importers through direct interaction with professionals in the food and hospitality sectors. The goals of the event are, firstly, to highlight the quality and excellence of Spanish gastronomy in Japan; and secondly, to promote new business opportunities and connections between Spanish product importers and Japanese buyers.

The 2024 spring edition in Tokyo featured more than 400 brands, with 32 exhibitors and more than 350 visitors, with similar figures on the autumn edition.

Each event will follow a professional showroom format with individual tasting tables assigned to each participating importer, allowing personalized meetings with Japanese industry professionals - from distributors and sommeliers to chefs, retailers, journalists, and influencers.

All exhibited products will be of Spanish origin, some of them are the following:

Food: olive oil, cured ham, seafood products, pasta, seasonings and condiments. 

Beverages: wines and sparkling wines, ciders.
