Cosita Balingen provides two styles of kitchen, the classical way with tapas and the more sophisticated way elaborating own creations of dishes. They offer a broad variety of wines, with over 400 different Spanish wines going back to the year 1920 and an offer of about 20 different sherries. The restaurant appears in the following guides: Guide Michélin (since 2015), Varta Guide (since 2014), Aral Schlemmer Atlas (since 2014).
