Fuego is the accumulation of all our experiences, inspired by several years in Spain. 

Our menu includes both classics and original twists, and all based on authentic products, cooked with love and attention to detail. The heart of our kitchen is a Basque grill, Josper especially crafted for our restaurant in Spain. We use it for our main dishes: grilled fish, gambas and meats.
