Galletas Gullón’s VIDA Plant Receives Food Safety Certification

Great news for Galletas Gullón! This leading cookie company recently received BRC AA+ certification for its industrial plant, VIDA. This is the highest possible food safety certification received during an unannounced audit, the goal of which is to strengthen customer and consumer confidence. This factory officially opened in 2015 and is one of the largest industrial cookie production plants in Europe.

In fact, the company is a true leader in the industry when it comes to external audits and certification, as it was the first cookie company to receive the ISO 9001 quality and 14001 environmental management certifications. At present it has over 20 certifications for food safety, corporate social responsibility, quality and innovation.
