Both professionals and non-professionals can now take cooking classes from Michelin-star chefs like Carme Ruscalleda, Albert Adrià and the team from Disfrutar

Nowadays just about anyone can take a cooking class from the best chefs in Spain thanks to a new platform called Talent Class.

Using this platform, anyone can learn from Michelin-star chefs Carme Ruscalleda, Albert Adrià, Ricardo Sanz, Sergi Arola, the team behind the famed Barcelona restaurant Disfrutar, and many more. Kiko Moya talks about rice dishes, Santiago Prieto about fusion cuisine, and Joanna Artieda about sweets. Their courses cover everything from healthy cuisine to creative cuisine and how to grill fish to how to roast and smoke. Featured recipes include prawn carpaccio, tortilla with squid and their ink, and Michelin-star hamburger.

Talent Class offers its students classes with the very best teachers, who explain their creations in detail; personalized attention for students; and the chance to receive a diploma upon completion. The project is aimed at both professionals and regular people looking to boost their cooking skills. There are two subscription options available and they include everything from master classes and weekly mentoring to one-on-one classes and access to a private group of chefs. This project comes from two young entrepreneurs seeking to disrupt the gastronomic e-learning landscape. It has been dubbed “the Netflix of cooking.”
