Sherry Vinegar Recipe Contest in USA has Just Begun
50 chefs have been selected as finalists in the Sherry Vinegar Recipe Contest coordinated by the digital publication Starchefs in partnership with Foods and Wines from Spain and Sherry Vinegar DOP.
These professionals have received a Sherry Vinegar sample to prepare wonderful recipes. On January 23rd, the winners will be announced. One lucky chef will win the grand prize, an all-expenses-paid trip to Jerez, Spain in October 2023 and two runners-up will receive $500 each.
In addition, as part of the Social Media promotion of Sherry Vinegar, chefs from New Orleans, Chicago, San Francisco... highlight Sherry Vinegar in their dishes such as Charred Cabbage, Avocado Salad, or Maque Choux.
