Spanish Products Win Gold Distinctions at the Mediterranean Taste Awards

The Mediterranean Taste Awards were recently held and several Spanish companies took home important distinctions.

In the Gold Excellent Taste category, for products that received 94.9 to 90 points and stand out for being a well-made product, the winners from Spain included Cool Vega Company SL’s natural grated tomato, Belear’s organic saffron from Motilla de Palancar, Monti’s organic sea salt potato chips, Las Obreras de Aliste’s artisan honey, Apia Natura’s artisan honey, Briz’s Strawberry Gin 5 Distillations and Roses Vodka 5 Distillations, Ceratonia Plus SL’s Ceratonia+Black Essence Organic and non-organic natural carob syrups, and Miel El Camino’s Brezo and Lavanza honeys. 

The competing products were judged by a panel of experts, among them chefs, food and beverage managers, restaurateurs, and other sector professionals. The goal of these awards is to highlight the many benefits of the Mediterranean diet and recognize the very best foods following a thorough evaluation process. Products are recognized for being tasty, innovative, and high quality.
