This leading culinary conference, which will welcome the world’s very best chefs, will be retransmitted in countries around the world, from Poland to Singapore
The 21st edition of Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España is around the corner. This world-famous conference, entitled “No Limits” this year, will be held from January 23rd to the 25th.
Chefs and other food industry professionals (and non-professionals) from around the world will descend on the Spanish capital for a busy weekend of cooking demos, presentations, exhibitions, knowledge sharing, and much more. Some of the top chefs slated to speak include Dabiz Muñoz, Massimiliano Alajmo, Marlene Viera, Rafael Cagali, James Knappett, the Roca brothers, Rodrigo Castelo, Aitor Arregi, Angel León, Quique Dacosta, and Poul Andrias Ziska. A very diverse array of topics will be visited, including afro-fusion cuisine, the Viennese food revolution, marine offal, Asturian wines and ciders, the music of wine, high mountain cuisine, and the world’s most remote restaurant.
