Chorizo in Hard Cider


First slice the chorizo, then place it in a clay pan and cover with the cider. Bring the pan to the boil and let it simmer gently until the liquid reduces by a half.

Serve slices of chorizo speared with cocktail sticks.

  • 125 gr plain chorizo
  • 185 ml dry hard cider
  • 4.409 oz plain chorizo
  • 6.636 fl. oz dry hard cider
  • 0.605 cup plain chorizo
  • 0.782 cup dry hard cider

The chorizo’s marked pimentón flavor can be balanced with a slightly acid, fragrant Cava Brut to refresh the mouth after every bite.
