Wash the whole shrimp and then drain them. Heat some of the oil in a grill pan. When the oil is hot, place a few shrimp in the pan and cook until they look firm. Turn the shrimp once and cook again briefly. Repeat with the rest of the shrimp. Once they are all cooked, place them on a dish and sprinkle with sea-salt flakes.t.
