Spanish Gastronomy will be the highlight of this year’s Americas Food and Beverage Show in Miami organized by the World Trade Center in Miami on September 18 - 20. A great representation of Gastronomy will be exhibited by over 600 exhibitors from 25 countries. The Spanish pavilion, hosted by the US-Spain Chamber of Commerce, will receive approximately 20 Spanish companies. AF&B Show is the meeting place for decision makers and buyers from all sectors of the industry for the Americas. 50% of the show attendees are decision makers making AF&B the ideal forum for meeting customers, vendors/service providers, suppliers, distributors and industry experts.
This year, Foods and Wines from Spain and Alimentos de España are organizing a showcooking with a tasting of Spanish products at the spotlight area of the show. The great Chef Doreen Colondres, author of the book “La cocina no muerde”. She is a sommelier, television presenter and specialist in Hispanic cuisine with a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, she also studied at culinary schools in New York, California, and Florida.
Chef Doreen will be the official host of the live event on September 18 - 20 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste special tapas made with some of the products that will be exhibiting at the show (Aesekol S.L., Albaladejo Hermanos S.A., Ac of Miami Inc, Hacienda Ortigosa S.L., Capricho Andaluz S.L., Unicork/Lopez de Meses S.L., Adega Condes de Albarei S.A.U., Conservas del Noreste S.A.). We will be presenting wine, olive oil and other Spanish specialties.
