Eat Spain, Drink Spain (ESDS) is the main and biggest event on Spanish wines and foods for customers in Mexico. ESDS will see partner venues throughout Mexico’s main locations participate in the campaign, offering promotions, discounts, and tasting events to sample a variety of regional Spanish specialties with respected industry professionals running activities designed to further excite Mexican consumers and trade partners in the quality and diversity of Spanish foods and wines.
From September 1st to 15th, immerse yourself in the rich flavors and traditions of Spain through a series of exciting events and promotions. Activity organised by Foods and Wines from Spain and #alimentosdespaña part of the Spain Food Nation Campaign.
A host of Mexico's finest restaurants, retailers, and hospitality venues are joining us to showcase the traditional and modern sides of Spanish cuisine and beverages. Designed for wine and food lovers of all levels, during the week there will be tastings, wine pairing dinners, food and wine tours, and workshops that will bring together like-minded people who want to learn and have some fun while tasting a range of delicious Spanish foods and wines.
Our mission is simple: we want to show a fascinating program to educate, inspire and showcase the impressive variety and diversity of Spanish gastronomy, beverages, and flavors.
